Cancellation Policy :
- In case there is an order cancellation, please do so within 24hrs. We can't cancel once the order is dispatched.

Return/Exchange Policy :
- If you have received the product in a bad condition or received the wrong product, please mail us at mairaorders@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID and uncut opening video as proof. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
- No COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders as of now.
- Raise your return/exchange request within 24hrs of receiving the shipment by mailing us mairaorders@gmail.com . We will let you know through mail whether the product is eligible for return or exchange. We will either provide you an exchange or refund the amount of the product. Depending on the eligibility.
- If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
- If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
- The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.
- Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.
- The amount will be refunded to you after a quality check.
- Return/Exchange would be accepted only if the product is in a bad condition or received the wrong product.
- Products bought during sale are non-refundable.
NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :
* The items should be unused.
* The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
* Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 24hrs of receiving the product would not be accepted.
* Products bought during sale are non-refundable.
